Job Description


Provide administrative support to the Director of People & Performance and National Director of Marketing & Communications. This includes HR administration and coordination of day-to-day employee lifecycle activities and financial reporting and platform management across the Marketing & Communication team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

HR responsibilities

  • Administration of major HR processes such as compilation of promotions and remuneration administration.
  • Project coordinator and administration for all major HR national projects including health and wellbeing, employee engagement campaigns.
  • Content development and management of HR/MarComms pages on Colliers Hub.
  • Manage key HR communications to the business with the HR Director.
  • Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of monthly People & Performance metrics.
  • Adhoc HR reporting.
  • Manage the agenda for the monthly People & Performance team meetings.
  • Employment agreement creation/administration.
  • HR system administration e.g the administration of internal transfers across departments.

Marcomms responsibilities

  • Invoicing for all Marcomms accounts and workflows.
  • Management of financial recoveries from the business and marketing agency each month.
  • Adhoc project support for national projects including marketing conference, major client events.
  • Manage the agenda for the monthly Marketing team meetings
  • Management of business wide subscriptions centralised in the Research team (which forms part of the MarComms function)
  • Management of the Research data platform and onboarding new clients
  • Adhoc support with staff or client presentation development.

Qualifications
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

  • Background within Human Resources or Finance.
  • Solid accounting knowledge.
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills – ideally advanced in excel
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A motivated self-starter with a positive and proactive attitude.
