The opportunity

As the HR leader, you will have the opportunity to provide ongoing support across all facets of HR and contribute to the implementation of the C.ex Groups People Strategy. You will develop business relationships across the Group and deliver ongoing support to the management and operational teams.

You will be responsible for or work in a range of disciplines within HR including:

• advertising & interviewing,
• help drive positive change,
• strategic workforce planning,
• budgeting and training,
• workplace relations,
• employment terms and conditions,
• interpreting enterprise agreements,
• people business partnering, and
• hiring through the Australian visa program.

You may be a recent Graduate looking for your next step or be close to finishing your degree and looking to move into the workforce. We are happy to consider flexible hours that fit in with your studies.
About you

• You have, or are soon to complete a tertiary qualification in a suitable discipline (e.g. human resources or business)
• You work well alone and in groups,
• You enjoy sharing ideas and learning from others,
• You understand how HR impacts business outcomes, enjoy problem solving and have a curious and analytical mindset,
• You enjoy a challenge and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, where priorities can change quickly,
• You have the ability to learn a range of HR systems and platforms.
