What you'll be doing
Provide expert business partnering on a range of human resource planning, consultancy, advisory and support services for operational delivery of human resources (HR) services and development HR management capability within designated portfolios for MNCLHD.
The Opportunity
Due to continual expansion, MNCLHD are currently seeking a new Human Resources (HR) Manager (HM3) to join their team. Acting as a business partner, the HR Manager will work closely with members of the Executive Leadership team to provide expert advice, guidance, and support. More broadly the HR Manager will be pivotal in building and developing relationships with a range of stakeholders including staff and industrial bodies.
Reporting to the District HR Manager, other key responsibilities will include;
This role will work across the District, with location negotiable. There will be some travel required on an as-needs basis. Relocation assistance to the District is available for the successful candidate if needed.
