Human Resources Coordinator

Description:

Are you looking for a role where you get to enrich the quality of lives – every day? Where you will play a valued role in partnering with the organisation to provide tactical, operational, and project-based Human Resource and Employee Relations advice to support the enhanced performance of our people and performance.
Integral to the success of our ambition is the HR Connect team. We are a team of experienced HR professionals who partner, support and engage the business on all things Human Resources.
We have an opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the team for a 12-month contract to support various HR projects. The role also contributes to operational HR processes and services with robust, efficient, consistent and compliant delivery and execution.
Reporting directly to the HR Connect Manager, this role works as part of the HR Connect function:

  • Supporting and champion various HR projects
  • Opportunity to impact data analytics and reporting
  • Providing a high level of service to leaders and employees
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and self-service

To be successful in this role, you would have had experience in a similar role supporting project work, with the ability to work unsupervised. In addition, you will bring the ability to proactively seek out opportunities to improve the process and deliver customer service that is beneficial to our people and organisation and done so seamlessly and consistently.
You will be a natural collaborator, eager to adopt a 'one team' approach to the interconnecting and overarching processes of the experience group and the role you play in delivering a great outcome.
If you'd like to play a key role in contributing to the experience lifecycle through enterprise leadership, business enablement and continuous enhancement of the Urban Utilities' experience, then this is the role for you. Please find the attached PD for a more detailed overview of accountabilities and competencies.

We know our people don’t just have roles with us – they also have roles within their families, homes and communities. We’re proud to offer several benefits to strengthen these aspects of life such as flexible working options, generous paid parental leave and other extended leave entitlements, study assistance policies and our health and wellbeing reimbursement initiative.
