Seeking a mid-level HR Business Partner with Australian ER/EBA and OHS experience within a blue collar environment. A hands-on role assisting with company restructure including staff transfers/redundancies and working on generalist HR projects supporting the GM People, Safety & Culture. Initial 6 month full-time or part-time contract with prospect for extension/permanent employment thereafter. Seeking to start someone ASAP.
