Human Resources Business Partner

 

Description:

As a Senior / HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and partner to the leadership team. Your focus will be to support the HR strategy and vision through partnering with key internal client groups and working on critical projects across the organisation.

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with key client groups to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Support alignment of business objectives with HR strategy
  • Lead change initiatives with sustainable and meaningful outcomes
  • Drive talent management and succession planning programs
  • Support initiatives that have an impact on driving a high-performance culture
  • Focus on building organizational capability through continuous learning opportunities
  • Opportunities to be Elevate recognition through meaningful rewards strategies
  • Be involved and lead key local and regional HR projects
  • Hybrid office setup: 3 days/week in the office

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role within a corporate and fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in change management; specialised HR facets (e.g. compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent acquisition and talent management) preferred
