The HRBP Field Operations role is a critical operational role that will provide full cycle HR support to Field Operations and plays an important role in the business in achieving its HR strategy and creating a winning culture. As a key member of the HR Field Operations team, the role is critical in executing our people initiatives and provides on-the-ground support, advice, guidance, and solutions to the client group. As a People Partner, the role works closely with Field Management to ensure HR program, processes, and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance.

The HRBP is key to execute HR plans to support the business strategy, proactively partnering with Field Management team in driving transformational change, culture, leadership coaching, talent engagement, and workforce planning.
You will provide direction on the HR implications of strategic and change projects including managing resourcing requirements within the business area. Be accountable for delivery of high-quality end-to-end HR processes and manage relationships between the business and other internal stakeholders. You will consult with expertise areas to gather relevant advice and solutions for the business. Take responsibility for the workforce assigned and provide support for all resourcing matters and more complex personnel issues. The role provides a generalist HR service delivery including, but not limited to:
 

  • Provide hands on support and guidance to employees and leaders in relation to coaching, employee relations, talent management and change management activities.
  • Partner, coach and collaborate with our leaders to ensure they are skilled and supported.
  • Partner with leaders to manage the annual cyclical events (performance reviews, salary review etc.).
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to source key talent into our business.
  • Gathering, analysing and interpreting HR related data for various reporting (annual leave, labour cost, budget FTE etc.)
  • Proactively monitor employee trends to identify opportunities for corrective action.
  • Initiate activities to drive positive engagement and improve overall wellbeing, diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
  • Supporting the HR team and HR Manager in other generalist activities, as required.
