We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our APAC business. This is a key role supporting the APAC management team and reporting in to our exceptional Chief People Officer and highly motivated General Manager for APAC.

 

This is a true generalist role covering all aspects of the employee life cycle. You will be responsible for strategic HR projects in the areas of employee engagement, culture and employee development, whilst being accountable for the day to day HR including for keeping our HRIS and ATS systems up to date.

 

The role - what you’ll do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering quality advice on a broad range of HR matters affecting the business units, including employment law and policy
  • Provide strategic advice and assistance to leaders with a strong focus on the critical areas of workforce planning, leadership development, talent management, employee management, organisational and change management
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with leaders to develop and enhance solutions, programs and policies
  • Coach, advise and support leaders on a variety of people issues, talent acquisition and end to end recruitment
  • Influence and facilitate the integration of people initiatives, including aligning performance, development, reward and succession
  • Help to support and drive a range of engagement and culture strategies
  • Drive initiatives to increase employee engagement, diversity and inclusion programs
  • Be comfortable being hands on with the following aspects of HR: onboarding, probation/performance management, offboarding, promotions, salary increases, general advice to managers and colleagues, etc
