To support this growth we are looking to appoint a People and Happiness Business Partner.  Working with the Head of People and Happiness, you will support employees and leaders in all areas of the employee life cycle including coaching, employee relations, performance management, talent management and L&D to drive performance and ensure our people continue to provide an incredible work environment and deliver on strategic goals. You will have proven HR generalist and partnering experience in a fast growing business with the passion and desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability and challenging the status quo.

 

The role is instrumental in achieving Prezzee’s FY22 -23 strategic ambitions, one that is looking to disrupt the gift card and payments market globally.

 

What you will do at Prezzee:

  • Deliver on our core people activities.
  • Understand and prioritise business needs, and translate them into meaningful and commercially focused HR actions that advance the organisation's strategic and operational priorities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fit for purpose and future-fit HR policies, processes, workflows, tools and development programs to drive workforce performance, business efficiency and transparency.
  • Facilitate the successful delivery of key HR projects and initiatives focused on building talent, engagement, performance, capability and culture improvements, partnering with appropriate internal teams.
  • Consult with line management and provide daily guidance.
  • Support performance management processes, resolve grievances, and meditations.
  • Provide employment relations advisory and support.
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to support coaching and career discussions or plans.
  • Build and maintain talent and succession plans or pipelines internally.
  • Implement annual people initiatives and strategies.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Support safety and Covid-safe work practices.
  • Lead values and culture based initiatives.
  • Be a role model and an approachable, genuine, authentic leader.
