To support this growth we are looking to appoint a People and Happiness Business Partner. Working with the Head of People and Happiness, you will support employees and leaders in all areas of the employee life cycle including coaching, employee relations, performance management, talent management and L&D to drive performance and ensure our people continue to provide an incredible work environment and deliver on strategic goals. You will have proven HR generalist and partnering experience in a fast growing business with the passion and desire to succeed in a business that values high performance, accountability and challenging the status quo.
The role is instrumental in achieving Prezzee’s FY22 -23 strategic ambitions, one that is looking to disrupt the gift card and payments market globally.
