The Role:
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide administrative support to the HR team. Your responsibilities will include:
 

  • Inbox management
  • Assisting with drafting of contracts
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • General office maintenance
  • Assisting with employee changes, drafting letters and document signing
  • Conducting employee check
  • Responding to reference requests


To Be Successful:

  • You must have previous experience in a similar role, HR, or Talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • A positive attitude, no task is too big or too small
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
