Key Responsibilities Include:

• End-to-end recruitment process management
• Oversee the employment lifecycle, from on-boarding process through to off-boarding
• Develop and implement amazing employee experiences, ensuring team members are engaged and motivated
• Design and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in the HR related field, preferably with fashion, beauty or retail experience
• Have a deep understanding of HR policies and best practice
• Ability to set clear expectations, give constructive feedback and address problems directly
• Have a positive attitude with leadership skills to motivate and empower the team
