Reporting to the National Human Resources Manager and located at Head Office in Para Hills West. You will be responsible for the provision of effective and timely Human Resources administration to the national team.

Duties
- Provide proactive administration support to the National HR team.
- Initiate and coordinate recruitment activities including advertising all roles on a number of platforms
- Coordinate internal HR processes including probationary periods, secondments and significant dates
- Manage the Employment Initiation Register (EIR)
- Provide HR Administration to the National Apprenticeship Program
- Manage and coordinate the Termination process nationally across all divisions
- Manage the Refer-A-Friend program
- Support Onboarding process of new employees
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Admin / Coordinator or equivalent role
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or HR discipline preferred
- Experience in recruitment process highly desirable
- Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills
- Approachable and collaborative team player
- Passion for learning new things with high attention to detail
