Liebherr-Australia has a rare career opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner ready for their next career opportunity. Based at our Mount Thorley facility and reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, you will partner and support Senior Managers and Operational stakeholders by providing timely and effective guidance, coaching and support services in relation to the execution of Operational and Transactional; Human Resource, IR/ER, Organisational & Human Resource Development, initiatives, practices and processes

  • Providing timely and effective HR services and support to internal customers
  • Coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value driven culture
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation (including the Fair Work Act 2009, the National Employment Standards and applicable modern awards)
  • Support the National Human Resources Manager in the development and delivery of Liebherr’s national HR strategy and initiatives such as; Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
  • Management of all ER matters including case management, end to end investigations, performance management, complaints and grievances, resolution of workplace and disciplinary issues
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • End-to-end Recruitment
  • A tertiary qualification in HR or IR and significant HR generalist experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to influence and drive change
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple, diverse projects
