Based in our Melbourne office you will work closely with our Operational teams across the state and country to support the achievement of business plan objectives. This is an autonomous position that would be suited to a HR professional seeking to enhance their career and further establish their networks and knowledge working within a high performing and highly regarded HR team. Some travel will be required.

Human Resource generalist with exposure and understanding in the areas of Workforce Relations/IR legislation, Performance Management and Succession Planning

• The ability to understand and apply effective engagement techniques to develop relationships
• Experienced in managing and implementing the delivery of HR strategies, policies and procedures
• Build strong business relationships with a true understanding of client requirements and commercial acumen
• Attuned to the processes of change at micro and macro levels including interventions to change behaviours at the individual, group and business level
• Experienced in the delivery of performance management processes, policies and programs to achieve optimal results.
