Human Resource Superintendent

Lead, develop and manage teams as a Human Resource Superintendent for a well respected organisation.

Hays are pleased to partner with one of the worlds largest producers of high-quality metallurgical coal. This organisation is looking for a HR Superintendent to join the team on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of HR projects. Partnering with the HR leaders, you will provide coaching and advice for all people related matters to ensure the development of appropriate skills and knowledge, to effectively lead, manage and develop their teams and ultimately achieve business objectives

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have:

• Bachelor of Business (HRM) or Tertiary Qualifications in Psychology, Employment relations would be desirable
• Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role at a senior Advisory Level
• Previous experience leading teams
• Essential Skills – MS Office Suite & HRIS
