Position Summary
Downer Rail and Transit Systems (RTS) is committed to providing the highest quality of Rollingstock & Overhaul services for both the local Victoria and wider Australian markets. We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)
About The Role
You will partner with your business, providing HR advisory expertise to employees and operational leaders, employment and industrial relation advice, act as a point of contact for Unions and support and lead people projects. You will be integral to shift performance and culture across the business. As such you will be strong in all areas of Human Resources (both blue and white-collar) including employee relations, leadership coaching and change management. It will be important for you to draw upon your experiences partnering with high-performing engineering, operational and corporate leaders.
This role will be based in Collins St and Pakenham but will support Victorian Operations, so flexibility and willingness to attend operational sites as required is a must.
