Description

Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):

  • Human Resource administration, including HR monthly reports and documentation
  • Coordination of HR databases, records and data administration
  • Maintenance and performance management of HR systems, including training and development
  • End-to-end recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.
  • Support and influence, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
  • Provide support with reporting of company QHSE policies and working instructions.
  • Manage and maintain a high level of office presentation and services, including office consumables, protective clothing, and relevant suppliers.

  • HR qualification
  • Experience providing Human Resource administrative assistance within a professional and confidential environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate HRIS systems and advanced skills in current Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, documents and contracts
  • Clear, concise and influential verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team's workload and cover for colleagues as required
