Description
Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to):
- Human Resource administration, including HR monthly reports and documentation
- Coordination of HR databases, records and data administration
- Maintenance and performance management of HR systems, including training and development
- End-to-end recruitment and on-boarding of new employees.
- Support and influence, and drive continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
- Provide support with reporting of company QHSE policies and working instructions.
- Manage and maintain a high level of office presentation and services, including office consumables, protective clothing, and relevant suppliers.

- HR qualification
- Experience providing Human Resource administrative assistance within a professional and confidential environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate HRIS systems and advanced skills in current Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated ability to prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, documents and contracts
- Clear, concise and influential verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in other areas of HR to manage peaks in the team's workload and cover for colleagues as required
