Hr Specialist

This organisation is currently leading one of the Hunter Region’s most exciting projects, supporting Australia’s transition to renewable energy.

As Human Resources Specialist, you will work closely with the project’s primary contractor, providing generalist support across all HR and IR issues, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, onboarding, performance management, recruitment, and reporting.

This is an initial 6-7 month contract opportunity, with the potential for extension.

Both part-time and full-time options will be considered.

• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with some exposure to the IR landscape
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to work independently
• Computer savvy and a confident user of the suite of MS Office programs
