Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can join our team immediately. Our office is located at PARRAMATTA.

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

• Screening resumes

• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates

• Performing reference and background checks

• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers

• Following up on the interview process status

• Completing timely reports on employment activity

• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Minimum of 6 months - 1-year experience is a must.
