We are seeking a recent Monash University graduate to contribute to our current and future success. We have an entry level graduate opportunity for a two-year period to join our Business Improvement and HR Projects team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to learn from experts and be mentored by a Senior Analyst, apply learnings and be immersed in a multi-faceted HR team.

As a recent graduate you will provide input into the improvement of HR practices by bringing new ideas and recent educational insights into Monash HR. This will include uplifting our analytics capability within HR and promoting use of analytical tools.

At the end of the program you will be well positioned to apply for any open positions within Monash University.

About You:

What we are looking for:

• Graduated with tertiary qualifications within the last 24 months
• Your studies may have included subjects like statistical modelling, econometrics or data analysis
• You are a technology enthusiast who enjoys problem solving
• Experience with data and using data manipulation tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow, with a passion for innovation and creativity
