About The Role

With a number of key workstreams underway, the role will support:

  • Identification of risks and development of solutions as it relates to payroll, systems and IR.
  • Validation of data from using a large scale parallel payroll system.
  • Remediation and resolution of payroll irregularities.
  • Ensuring provisions have been included in relevant HR systems for upcoming changes to the Enterprise Agreement and relevant Awards.

About You

Given the breadth of this project, we are not expecting you to tick every box, however we would be interested to understand if you have a couple of the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a HR project team as it relates to payroll, systems, IR or governance.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortability with payroll data.
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP would be ideal.
  • Action oriented team player who can work to key deadlines and milestones as part of a project team.
