Description:

Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be to provide operational and programmatic HR support and leadership to our Consulting business nationally, leading a continued focus on strengthening our capability and delivering these efficiently in a complex matric organisation. You will work closely with the Director of Talent, COO and Partners across our business to project manage and execute the annual HR programs, drive our annual HR initiatives for Consulting, support budgeting and financial management and support remuneration and promotion reviews processes in a large scale employee base. A large part of this role will be working on projects and delving into the analytics to help the firm understand how their people work and how HR can drive initiatives to further enhance the employee experience throughout the lifecycle. Working in a fast paced environment, you will provide advice and coaching to HR and business leaders on remuneration decisions and application of our remuneration framework, policy and processes and manage the benchmarking data application, retention strategies, bonus and incentive programs. You will be offering best practice advice to business leaders in relation to the talent experience including, annual performance experience, reward and recognition, talent management and development. You will have a passion for understanding the commercial business model in which you work, remuneration and reward management, leading the program management of Talent programs and driving cadence and efficiency and advice to support a high-performance culture.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You.

You are someone with:

  • 6+ years in an HR role with exemplary Stakeholder management and influencing skills gained from a large matrix organisation
  • Demonstrable experience in project managing and delivering HR programs across large scale businesses, that require proactive planning, operations expertise, a high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working with remuneration strategies and data management, including experience running annual benchmarking and leading large scale remuneration reviews
  • Experience in planning or budgeting and working with internal stakeholders
  • Previous ER case management experience including performance and investigations essential utilising Australian Employment Legislation
  • Excellent hands on analytical, data and reporting skills leveraging advanced Excel skills and experience with remuneration systems and reporting (we use SuccessFactors)
