HR Officer for Immediate Start

Your new role
A generalist HR Officer role, created to support the team during a busy period. You will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new employees and contractors, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, attending interviews and running compliance processes (clearances, checks and documentation). In addition to this, you will respond to queries and assist senior team members with the update of policies and procedures and preparation of documentation for performance management meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
A qualified HR Officer with previous experience in a similar role is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of employees and build relationships with stakeholders.
