My client is looking for a switched on, experienced HR Manager that is down to earth, use to a fast pace and be able to recruit key people for this company. There are 11 stores in the group employing over 600 people. You will report to one of the directors and have at least 5 + years' experience and longevity in your previous positions.

The role:

  • recruiting key people both in stores and head office, recognise talent in the market place and find the right cultural fit
  • be able to train team members and follow up on the training both in HO and stores.
  • handle disputes and conflict resolution
  • set KPI's for the team and follow through
  • deliver reward and recognition programs
  • it would involve travel to the stores from time to time
  • be very familiar with the awards in FMCG
  • requires decision making and being a problem solver
  • deliver performance appraisals and follow up

  • have a background in a fast pace supermarket HR role
