Wealthcheck Funds Management is an Investment and Property Manager that sources opportunities to invest in the Australian Agricultural Property Sector. We have a ‘hands-on’ approach and a proven background in actively managing farms from the ground level up. This approach, combined with our structured finance and business expertise, drives performance, and gives our clients the option of actively or passively managed investments.

With experience and a proven track record in livestock, rainfed cropping, irrigated cropping and horticulture across Australia, Wealthcheck is very qualified to deliver bespoke solutions to suit investors’ requirements.

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to lead and support the recruitment, development and management of the organisation’s people and develop and implement HR policies and processes in order to facilitate the achievement of our purpose and deliver on strategic objectives. The HR Manager is responsible for providing cultural leadership to the team, ensuring our values are visible, embedded and upheld and to identify and implement initiatives which position us as an employer of choice. You'll be responsible for around 60 employees spread across a number of businesses, farms and locations. The senior team are in Sydney and Canberra.
