Role Definition

Reporting to the co-CEOs in Melbourne, this role is responsible for a direct team of 3 (2 in Melbourne and 1 in Sydney) across L&D, Operations, and Contractor Care. Key Result Areas include:

• Internal hiring and staff retention
• IR
• Culture definition & evolution
• Workplace innovation
• HR Compliance & Governance
• Policy creation
• Org Structuring & Operational Efficiencies
• Rem & Ben
• Internal Communications
