The human resources team at Finity manages the full range of HR support for the firm, including recruitment and on-boarding, learning and development, employee relations, performance management, culture and engagement, talent management, remuneration and reward, policies and everything in between. In addition to this the team manages additional HR projects and strategic initiatives.
