You will partner with a tight knight local HR team & global stakeholders, taking the lead on the grad program, development plans & internal talent pipelines to enhance succession through local & global programs across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with broad generalist requirements across the employee life-cycle
• Ownership of Graduate program and Scholarship program
• Development of Talent Management programs to maintain and enhance talent pools with a lens toward DEI.
• Reviewing processes to enhance engagement and performance

Key Requirements

• Broad HR Generalist Experience with a passion for talent management
• Strong relationship builder across a matrixed environment
