The EMR Help Desk plays a critical role in advising on EMR training requirements and supporting our employees in accessing and using the approved EMR workflows.

We are seeking EMR help desk officers to join our Digital Health Training and Adoption team. We have two full time 2-year fixed term positions available. This role is responsible for answering employee calls to the EMR help desk from 8.30 am – to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and provide advice, issues resolution, account provisioning, service delivery and escalation of issues. The help desk officer delivers high quality customer service and support to a broad range of EMR end users including clinical and non-clinical employees across Monash Health sites.
