In this role you will ensure top tier safety results on site through audits and regular compliance checks to certify that all state and federal regulations are met. You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities and traits that allows you to effectively influence others to display the correct values, behaviours and actions. You will have the ability to bring people together and have a team working to achieve continuous improvement of our Health and Safety Management System. Reporting to: HSET Manager Responsibilities: • Plan, Schedule and Conduct Safety Audits at Mine Site • Ensure Accident-Free Workplace • Audit Contractors to Ensure HSE Compliance • Manage Incident Reporting • Safety Analysis and Incident Investigation Qualifications and Requirements • Degree or Diploma within OHS or Similar is Preferred • 6 Years+ Mining Industry Experience • Supervisory Experience would be Beneficial • Strong Report Writing Skills • Excellent Communicator who can mentor site-based staff
