This newly created role has been identified to drive sales in line with strategic and budgeted objectives to grow Bedford’s revenue and market share for its Social Enterprises portfolio of commercial businesses. The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer while also working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to align strategy and function in a transparent and collaborative way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop awareness in the market of Bedford’s brand promise as a unique Social Enterprise
  • Develop the market for Social Enterprises
  • Cross sell and expand services to existing customers
  • Guide development of new Social Enterprise businesses, sites, and locations
  • Develop sales and marketing plans to achieve budget

  • Qualification in Business, Management, or Marketing, or similar (preferred, not essential)
  • Commercially and strategically minded
  • Proven track record of driving outstanding levels of sales growth
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Previous experience in FMCG is an advantage
  • Proven ability to build and develop strong networks
  • Strong written and verbal communication

For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated.

  • A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance or acceptable clearance to work in disability
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Evidence of FULL vaccination with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine or an acceptable exemption*
