  • develop strategies and execution plans that address school needs and meet / exceed expected sales outcomes
  • enhance the profile and awareness of our ‘Direct to School’ offerings and our full range of products and services across our target markets
  • directly lead, territory plan and coach the performance of the AU sales team (3+ team members and growing) to deliver customer and sales outcomes
  • develop and manage commercial relationships that will deliver growth internationally
  • work proactively with cross-functional teams to improve customer outcomes delivered from our existing and / or new products and propositions

We’re looking for someone with a successful track record of leading and motivating teams, achieving revenue targets through excellence in sales, customer experience and strategy. The successful candidate will have an acute awareness of the needs of educators, an existing network of school relationships that can be tapped into and a proactive mindset.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • A track record of successful consultative K-12 education / technology sales & ideally in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen that has delivered strong commercial and business outcomes
  • Superb leadership skills with demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate and deliver outcomes themselves and through others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have an “own it and find a way” attitude and adapt to and drive change as required
