About The Role

Develop, build and maintain professional business partnerships for our customers to grow revenue and profitability in line with the Wholesale & Convenience strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead an energised group of people to be successful through exceptional engagement
• Develop and implement the partnerships strategy to ensure customer growth and profitability
• Partner internally to align, leverage capability and deliver in a unified way
• Lead the National Accounts Management team to deliver strategy in partnership with customers
• Lead the National Partnerships Development function to identify opportunities for growth and coordinate tender/commercial actions to ensure successful outcomes for the business and our customers
• Build and deliver partnership sales and profit targets 

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive leadership experience across sales/account management within the retail and FMCG sector
• Strong commercial acumen with previous experience building strategy, aligning budgets , assessment and business case development aimed at growth
• Exceptional communication skills to bring people and functions together to deliver
• Strong presentation skills both written and verbal with experience presenting to senior executives and Boards
• Ability to navigate complex scenarios and simplify to deliver successful outcomes
• Exceptional negotiation, influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
