An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Head of Sales based in either Melbourne or Sydney reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

About The Role

The Head of Sales role is responsible for:

• Leading and managing the development of our sales strategy across our Enterprise, SMB market segments and Channel Partners
• Leading and managing our national sales teams across our Enterprise & SMB segments
• Continued growth with a strong focus on people leadership and driving a high-performance sales culture

Key Responsibilities Include

• Development and delivery of the sales strategy to achieve our business goals & drive profitable revenue growth
• Advocating across the business on delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Identify new and existing business opportunities and market segments to increase the growth of the organisation
• Development and implementation of Customer Acquisition and Account Management strategy
• Financial management reporting, sales forecasting and commercial deal models
• Leadership, direction, mentoring and professional development of the national sales team
• Work in conjunction with marketing & product teams to design and implement offerings and go to market strategies
