Our Product Sales teams complement them by helping our clients understand the extensive list of products we have on offer. Not only limited to our existing client base, our Product Sales teams proactively engage with the wider market to introduce our products and grow our client portfolio. They help new and existing clients choose the best combination of tools that will get the most out of their real estate portfolio.
We are now seeking a Head of Product Sales for Asia Pacific to lead a multi-faceted sales team in growing our product revenue and adoption across new and existing clients in Asia. Product focus areas will include but are not limited to Energy & Sustainability, Occupancy Planning, Human Experience, Facilities Management, Engineering, Critical Environments, Portfolio Strategy, Transactions Management, Flex, and Lease Administration. This role sits within our Global Product Sales organization reporting to our Head of Global Product Sales and Enablement. Partnering with Global Operations and Product teams, they will develop sales strategies, support operational team needs, and ensure full alignment between teams.

Sales Leadership & Strategic Direction

Leading a team of dynamic and rewarding client facing sales and business development individuals, you will develop a go-to-market business plan that will define the pursuit strategy for each of your product lines.
This role will lead a team that must deliver supportive and timely sales content, pitch support, product demonstrations, pre-sales support, RFP/RFI response, and pricing and solutioning reviews. You will bring industry leading Product Sales practices to our solutioning process, all while working closely with our pursuits and account teams to improve performance, grow share of wallet and increase speed of Product delivery.
Accountable for delivering growth, you will work across our clients/accounts, as well as the open market, to expand our client footprint. To do this, you’ll need to partner with our business and service line leaders to develop a deep understanding of our capabilities.
