Description:
As the Head of Leadership Strategy, you will develop a Leadership Strategy and segmentation approach to enable a focus on areas of highest need and impact. Your role will design and evolve the leadership curriculum, ensuring that our Distinctive Leadership program remains an enduring vehicle through which Leadership capability is developed across the organisation. You will utilise analytics and insights to establish needs and translate that into a leadership capability framework and curriculum. You will also bring your strong stakeholder management skills to lead and influence colleagues at all levels.
What You Will Be Doing
This role will lead a team to enable Leadership Development across the organisation. This will be achieved through:
- Development of leadership strategy
- Development of leadership capability framework
- Design of leadership of curriculum portfolio, in alignment with NAB business strategy and key capability needs
- Drive digital channels and adoption
- Reporting on adoption and impact of learning curriculum
- Ensure design/build initiatives are strategically aligned, commercial and digital first.
- Execution of the learning strategy, ensuring alignment with NAB Colleague Strategy and business strategy
- Strategic leadership projects – scoping, design, post program evaluation, management of budgets.
- Collaboration with Leadership delivery team and Senior Managers Coaching to ensure that leadership solutions are being delivered according to the proposed design and are having the desired impact. Collaboration with delivery teams extends to the Enterprise Capability team regarding enduring learning initiatives.
- Program design and implementation, strategic leadership, and guidance for design/build team.
- Drive uptake of digital/virtual approaches and digital learning experiences. Influence business stakeholders. Play the role of trusted advisor to People and Culture and the business.
- Support delivery of initiatives across Culture and Capability.
What You Will Bring
- Post grad qualifications in Organisational Development or equivalent (essential)
- 10 plus years experience in Leadership Strategy and Learning Design
- History of demonstrated thought leadership and leadership learning strategy and design
- Proven track record in L&D roles in large organisations working with Senior Stakeholders
- Financial services sector preferred
