Head Of Financial Planning & Analysis

Description:

Reporting into the Senior Director of finance and working closely with the Business Unit Leader, this role will be responsible for business partnering across multiple service lines in the organisation. You will be tasked with driving efficiency across the organisation and looking for opportunities to improve processes and advise on business decisions whilst also delivering insightful management reports. You will also be responsible for enterprise budgeting & forecasting & strategic planning. This role will grant you autonomy in seeking out value creation and will require engagement with a broad range of senior and operational stakeholders.

• Prepare monthly management reports & bespoke reporting solutions
• Participate in regular stakeholder meetings, providing commentary and advice on performance
• Assist in the development, analysis and execution of forecasting across the service line
• Proactively seek opportunities to business partner, improve process and add value to the organisation

To be successful in the role you will;

• Have a CA/CPA/CFA qualification
• Have examples of creating value through business partnering in complex environments
• Be able to demonstrate key examples of senior stakeholder engagement
• Have experience in management reporting, forecasting and possess financial modelling skills
• Have a strong grounding in Financial Control
