Reporting to the Senior Applications Specialist, you will be a part of Worley Corporate Applications team and support Oracle Learning Cloud. You can be based in EMEA or APAC.

As the HCM Functional Consultant , initially you will be part of the project team to assess business requirements, brainstorm solution design with the system implementation partner and work on the integration design with the content provider, drive functional/ technical design discussions and decisions, support the go-live of a new integrated Oracle Learning module and eLearning content solution. You will bring in industry experience and best practices knowledge to build on this concept. Then, you will be responsible for change impact assessments and enhancing the learning cloud in BAU state.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess business requirements, drive design discussions, build or configure the platform and support the go-live of a new Learning solution, along with a project team made up of experts from HRIT, IT Implementation, Talent & Capability and system implementation partner (a concept has been developed and endorsed)
  • Partner effectively with Oracle and curated learning content provider
  • Partner effectively with Learning Systems Process Owner and identify technical capabilities to support business requirements
  • Proactively propose best practices and feature enhancements to the business for meeting day to day challenges
  • Provide techno-functional support for the improvement and maintenance of Oracle Learning Cloud
  • Assess quarterly release notes from Oracle and perform impact assessment
  • Lay down the regression testing requirements post major releases or updates and liaise with the testing team to evaluate results
  • Analyse the impact of configuration changes on all upstream and downstream applications
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical design documentation of learning cloud
  • Assist in migration of data and documents from soon to be redundant systems to the Learning solution
  • Support any defect fixes and integration exception management processes
  • Build or develop OTBI or BIP reports, if required

About You

  • Experience in design, build, implementation, or technical support of Oracle Learning Cloud, ideally in a complex global organisation
  • Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud is essential and experience with curated Learning content provider will be highly preferred. Intermediate skills in Articulate, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint (essential)
  • Experience consulting with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate formal qualification in either Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in maintaining and configuring Oracle Learning Cloud
