As a consultant your role will entail:
 

  • Assisting our customers who are going through financial distress.
  • Engage with customers proactively and empathetically through outbound and inbound calls.
  • Provide guidance and support to our customers.
  • Provide the best solutions to help bring our customers back to financial well-being.

To excel in this role, the following experience is required:
 

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and accountable.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with calls in an empathetic manner.
  • Balanced decision-making.
  • Call Centre inbound and outbound calls or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Adherence to regulations
