recoveriescorp, has been recently acquired by Allegro Funds. The organisation is about to enter a growth phase that will see us target new markets in the BPO/Contact Centre space.

 

Working as a Growth & Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales by targeting and securing new business aligned to the organisation’s growth strategy. You will utilise your existing networks and knowledge in the Contact Centre/BPO space to identify opportunities, generate leads and grow the existing client base. You will be solutions driven and performance focused with an ability to build strong relationships with new and potential client contacts.

 

In this role, you will;

 

  • Own and manage the end to end sales process for all [DG1] new clients
  • Conduct market analysis to identify target markets and key client contacts
  • Develop, plan and execute strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Utilise numerous avenues to build and maintain strong lead relationships
  • Analyse industry trends and recommend new concepts and services for internal development

 

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • Experience in a similar Business Development/Sales role
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Contact Centre/BPO space
  • Established networks in Government, Banking, Energy and other industries
  • Motivation and drive to execute the organisations growth agenda
  • Solutions focus with an ability to link services to clients needs
