The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivery of the AU marketing plans to meet ClearScore’s ambitious growth objectives. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and broader global marketing, product and commercial teams to achieve the acquisition, retention and revenue plan. You will be responsible for leading and developing world class communications. We are looking for someone who has hands on experience, sees the bigger picture but also has great attention to detail to fundamentally deliver more from our communications and marketing mix. You’ll have proven success across ATL & BTL media channels with a solid understanding of CRM and digital channels and attribution – specifically SEO, Google Ads, Social.

We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical with great attention to detail and has a track record of understanding marketing metrics and making recommendations. You will be comfortable diving into the numbers and constantly optimising our approach to deliver brilliant results. No day will be the same as you’ll work in an environment that’s constantly changing and you have an opportunity to make your mark on the strategic challenges and business direction.

You will report into the Head of Marketing and manage the CRM coordinator.

Comms Planning & Creative Development

  • Manage the AU marketing programme and budget, to deliver on our user, engagement and retention growth targets, with a focus on TV planning & digital.
  • Manage local agency partner relationships, to create a cohesive and focused team
  • Manage the execution of the agreed plan across all channels – focusing on TV and digital but working closely with CRM. You’ll be experienced in TV as a medium, with a solid track record of creating ads, attributing response and implanting within a wider, more integrated channel mix.
  • Ensure all communications build on ClearScore’s brand principles, measured through brand awareness and perception
  • Lead agency partners to develop world class creative, including TV ads and fully integrated comms which build on our brand platform

Brand Strategy

  • Work closely with the global brand team to build on our brand platform, developing brand guidelines and rolling out brand strategy through the organisation

Commercial Marketing

  • Work closely with Commercial to develop exclusives with our partners and execute this TTL

Engagement

  • Lead the CRM engagement strategy, delivering on key growth objectives.
  • Develop best in class campaigns and communications with CRM coordinator.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and communicate marketing performance on a daily basis
  • Provide regular analysis into the effectiveness of AU Marketing activities and usage data
  • Manage the AU marketing budget to meet our Cost Per Acquisition plan
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, and work with the global marketing team to put in place a test and learn agenda
