The Context

Our clients are facing an unprecedented number of transformational challenges and critical drivers, and they are at very different stages in addressing these. To name a select few, there is an increased focus on energy transition and decarbonisation, smart cities, digital transformation, social value, regional security and cyber, stimulus roll-outs, future of work offerings, health sector post-COVID, emerging contaminants etc.

Role Outline

We are seeking a ‘Growth Marketing Manager ’ to develop and lead our marketing efforts across selected accounts, opportunities and end-markets confronting the above challenges. Reporting to the Senior Director - Marketing, Brand and Communications, APAC and working closely with the APAC Marketing team, Sales and other relevant stakeholders to help accelerate Jacobs’ growth, this role is a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on. Purpose Collaborating with relevant stakeholders you will develop, articulate, and promote the value proposition and differentiators of our multiple solutions and capabilities across APAC.

You are a talented individual who can take a hands-on approach in developing and executing Marketing Plans for selective solutions, accounts, and opportunities, positioning Jacobs for key revenue growth opportunities. Working with relevant stakeholders, and challenging the status quo, you will conceptualise and deliver thought leadership initiatives, including content, that support the growth themes.

Here’s What You’ll Need

  • A Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
  • Preferably MBA qualified, but this is not essential
  • At least five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the professional services industry
  • Strong writing skills - comfort with drafting a variety of different types of content, including but not limited to messaging, thought leadership, insights and opinions, promotional and social media, internal communications
  • An excellent understanding of marketing delivery and all elements of the marketing mix, including demand generation and ABM
  • Energy and foresight to sometimes challenge the status quo, and effectively demonstrate how strategic marketing can provide leadership and counsel to the business
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Significant integrated marketing experience, pivoting between strategic thinking and hands on delivery
  • Project Management - proactive and strong organisation skills to drive development, maintenance, and execution of multiple marketing campaigns at any given time
