Based at Milton and working with the Marketing & Fundraising team, the Growth Marketer is responsible for delivering data driven marketing activities. A test & learn mindset combined with a focus on ownership of the development and implementation of channel plans will ensure delivery against agreed performance KPIs in line with overall revenue and retention goals.
Your role will include:
- developing, executing, and managing campaigns across respective channels (digital, direct mail, social & email) and delivering performance against business objectives that will accelerate company growth
- formulate growth initiatives end-to-end; identify & define opportunities, shape solutions, design experiments, design campaign strategies, and drive execution through to completion
- ongoing management and optimisation of campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve performance, and maximise the channel’s contribution to overall revenue and retention goals
- identify opportunities to improve processes, increase capabilities and accelerate growth
- provide data-driven insights for key stakeholders to develop strategies to increase engagement across other channels
- tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or demonstrated experience in a similar role
- proven experience in product, strategy, growth, or digital marketing in a high-growth digital business and/or digital & direct, social & email channels
- passion for and experience with executing high-impact experiments to drive significant uplift in core business metrics
- superb communication skills and presentation skills
- good project management skills, and able to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritising high impact activities and keep projects moving forward
- track record of delivering targeted KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- passion, commitment and belief in young people
