Reporting to the Group EGM Commercial Strategy & Sales, this role is a unique opportunity to drive the commercial success of Crown through impactful partnerships.

As the Group Head of Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of shaping Crown's brand growth. Your strategic leadership will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy, with a focus on optimising commercial returns from both paid sponsorships and incoming sponsorship revenues.

Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
 

• Lead and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy at the Group level, identifying strategic fits and aligning with target audiences for mutual benefits.
• Cultivate meaningful connections with brands, organizations, and influencers, exploring opportunities for joint initiatives and collaborative projects.
• Utilise strong negotiation skills to communicate Crown’s value proposition and secure favorable terms in high-profile partnership agreements.
• Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, while aligning partnership strategies with broader business goals.
• Directly manage a team, setting and monitoring Key Performa
