In Particular

To provide business driven advice on the management of security and information risk consistent with good practice standards and guidance.

• To perform the analysis of information risks either at a system, platform or organisational level, including assessment of risk, identification of options for mitigation, and assessment of client or supplier compliance with control requirements
• To work closely with business risk owners and other senior stakeholders to interpret the impact and assist in the understanding of information risk
• To guide and support clients in the development and implementation of risk management controls, including guidance on both technical and non-technical security controls,
• We are looking for a security consultant specialising in cyber security Governance, Compliance and Risk (GRC) with 2-5 years experience. 

You Will Be Accountable For

• Makes risk judgments at the business unit or system-wide level
• Leads small to medium sized security consultancy engagements
• Creates or customises control frameworks to client requirements
• Writes or updates information assurance operating policies and compliance guidelines
• Articulates security advice directly to CIO or IT Director level clients
