We are seeking:
A motivated, well rounded and multi-faceted Graphic Designer with digital marketing skills to join our friendly and dynamic manufacturing operations, based in Canning Vale.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have an excellent eye for composition and layout design, a sound knowledge of key marketing principles and are fully capable at implementing marketing strategies.

This full time, permanent role will be well suited to an experienced Graphic Designer with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously or as part of a team.
Primary Graphic Duties:
- Create professional designs and layouts for a range of communication materials
- Assist in revisions as necessary and perform typesetting for forms and publications
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with budgets, time frames and project constraints
- Develop concepts by using Adobe Creative Suite programs and executing design briefs determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery and layout.
- Develop high level package designs from concept to completion, with the ability to conceptualise brand specific package design.
- Product photography and videography for internal and external use.
Marketing Duties
- Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Create and maintain brand standards for Offline and Online Materials.
- Develop and execute annual strategic plan in alignment with company strategy to underpin growth and brand strength.
- Development and delivery of the Marketing and Communications Plan.
- Track sales data, maintain promotional materials inventory, plan meetings and trade shows, maintain databases and prepare reports.
- Prepare marketing and advertising strategy plans and objectives.
- Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Create, manage and update the corporate style guide, product information, brochures and catalogues along with the photos and video library.
- Deliver direct mail/email campaigns and coordinate and maintain content calendar and library
- Prepare monthly blogs, case study/premium content for submitting to OM, GM, Sales Director etc.
- Prepare monthly internal staff and external client newsletters.
- Coordinate campaigns and follow up on leads provided to sales with administration.
- Manage and maintain social media channels and company website.
- Sourcing and distribution of promotional gifts
- Preparation and Design of all marketing brochures, invites, PowerPoints etc.
- Maintain and update online company profiles such as LinkedIn and Google My Business
- Assist team members with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinate marketing projects as requested
What we are looking for:
- Self-motivated individual who is seeking an opportunity to develop their professional experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 5+yrs. practical experience in a similar role.
- Relevant Graphic Design & Marketing qualification, (Diploma in Graphic Design & Diploma of Marketing & Communication is desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite with strong graphic skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills is essential.
- Exemplary written, verbal and presentation skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to build effective interpersonal relationships at all levels across the business
