Description:
Reporting to the Digital and Brand Manager, the Graphic Designer’s role is to support the timely and quality delivery of engaging visual communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with media, events, and engagement teams to create compelling graphic design elements, including presentations, flyers, newsletters, and e-marketing materials.
- Provide design support for the Website Redevelopment Project alongside the Brand and Digital Manager.
- Assist in coordinating the production and logistics of branded merchandise with the Marketing and Engagement Manager and Events Team.
- Maintain brand visual identity across print and digital platforms, including the website, intranet, and social media.
- Foster excellent relationships and provide outstanding customer service to stakeholders, including staff, students, sponsors, and industry leaders.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in all marketing and communications activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Corporate Affairs and Marketing.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or visual marketing.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality audio-visual content for social media and websites.
- Experience in coordinating marketing and internal communications campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong visual design skills with a track record of working in fast-paced environments.
