Graphic Designer

Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic designer (experience in Multimedia Branding advantageous), to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and able to work collaboratively with our team to create visually appealing designs for publication and print, including digital and social media.

Responsibilities include:

Create visual designs for social media, marketing collateral, presentations and other marketing publications

Formulating design concepts utilizing sketches, diagrams, illustrations

Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts to meet business goals

Triage client requirements to production and sales, working closely with management

Develop and implement design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the company

Illustrate concepts and ideas for projects, both digital and print

Manage and supervise multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met

Continuously stay up to date on design trends and techniques, and integrate them into work when applicable

Requirements :

AQF Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, illustration, motion graphics or equivalent

At least 5 years proven experience in graphic design, brand management, motion graphics, production management, analytics

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After effects)

Experience using Microsoft Power point / Work / Excel / Wordpress

Experience with Mailchimp online platform

Proficiency in photo and video editing, animation, and digital design

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Strong problem solving skills and ability to think out of the box

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
