At SwanCare, not only will you have the opportunity to showcase your exception design skills but also engage with a wide variety of residents and staff providing you with the opportunity to utilise your talent in a way that demonstrates care and compassion every day. As an important part of a small Brand and Marketing team, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing a range of deliverables across print and digital platforms including both internal and external publications, signage, marketing campaigns, and have an eye for photography and videography. This diverse role requires a high level of graphic design, creative and publication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the willingness for continual growth and development. To be successful in this position previous experience in a similar role is desired along with strong project management, time management skills and solid knowledge of design principles. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Creating and editing documents for corporate use. Editing and organising the printing of corporate collateral such as business cards, envelopes, letterheads etc. Coordination of in-house or outsourced printing of documents. Create forms or documents ready for publishing on the SwanCare website or intranet. In consultation with the People and Culture Team to create and edit the SwanCare staff newsletter (The Cygnet) using in-house photographs and articles. Create and edit the Bentley Park Village Resident magazine (The Tidings) on a bi-monthly basis using in-house photographs and articles sent in by contributors including staff, residents and external advertisers. Create and edit the Bentley Park Village Calendar (Bentley Park Bulletin) on a monthly basis using articles sent in by contributors including staff and residents. Design advertising, marketing and promotional material for new projects as directed. Capture, produce and edit photographs and promotional videos for SwanCare’s media platforms. Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
