Graphic Designer

Description:

The Australian Venue Co. family are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Graphic Designer to join our internal Marketing team. This position will be well suited to recent graduates looking to make their mark in the hospo industry! You will need to be proactive – not just in creating content, but in problem solving to improve designs across our website, marketing collateral, and design processes/ procedures.

We are looking for someone to join our team immediately on a part time basis with the option to work remotely.

Core design skills we are looking for:

• Web design
• Graphics
• Digital media
• Conversion optimisation (preferred)

Skills and experience you ideally have:

• You will be sharp, willing to learn and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously
• Ability to work under pressure
• Quick turnaround of design material
• Ability to work within style and brand guidelines
• A solid understanding of user interfaces and digital technologies

Core design software you have used:

• Photoshop
• InDesign
• Illustrator
